We can’t refrain from over-using OMG… but OMG… the images from our baby session with baby Mason is just too adorable! Check them out and get ready to melt!
Just in time for Father’s Day!
Uber precious 🙂
After a long friendship, these two later realized that their friendship had blossomed into a love where absence made the heart grow fond. And fonder it did grow, as they are now engaged!
When we first met Saba and Tarek, right away we hit it off the bat. Tarek broke the ice by telling us a strange dream he had and as he told the story the night before, meanwhile watching Saba as she held from back from laughing. Saba and Tarek both let both their personalities shine through even more at their engagement session this past weekend. It was non-stop laughs. We decided some playful overlays in their engagement photos would emphasis the playfulness between Saba and Tarek.
Cheers to Saba and Tarek!
This weekend was quite a pleasant one… starting with a bridal shower party in Pacific Heights. Alana already looked like a blushing bride, but I’m sure it was easy especially after seeing the setup her sister had done for her bridal shower 🙂
Yummy hor’dourves blankets the center table.
Look how cute this cake is!
These petite chocolate chip cookies were laid atop mini glasses of milk – just delightful!
Alana’s sister looking poised by her work of art 🙂
My favorite thing on the table… cupcakes!
The bride-to-be’s beautiful mother.
Kodak moment between Alana and her mother – makes you smile 🙂
Congratulations to Alana and her future groom! Cheers!
With the weather a little drab lately, colors seem to be muted around me and I have taken a liking to a lack of color in my photographs. Tuesday was a good day to put that into play. Enjoy. It is something aside from my usual color tones.
Special thanks to Seedstore for their lovely black dresses, Joli de Jackie and Regard Tang for makeup+hair, and Emily and Kaitlyn from JE. There were more photos from this particular shoot, but those will be released soon enough 😉
Inspired by the hit ABC show, PAN AM, Frances of Charmed Events Group did a wonderful job creating an inspiration wedding based off of the PANAM era, capturing the airline’s main details, motifs and spirit. The color palette of sky blue, navy blue and yellow was one that we fell in love with after this shoot. Beside the color scheme, design motifs of stripes and hot air balloons added that dash of whimsy that would make hearts wither.

We were privileged to have the opportunity to shoot on the facilities of the Oakland Aviation Museum, where a myriad of vintage planes lounged, including one of only two authentic PAN AM planes that remain today (the other one is nearly dilapidated and sits in New Zealand – the one we shot on was the one they used during filming of the first Indian Jones movie – how exciting is that?!).
There were so many great images and we’re going to share just a few more of our favorites that weren’t in the feature 😉  Be sure to view more photos and read the feature here!

A short film by Viet Mac was also shot during this shoot, so get ready to “fly away with us” with all the design and details captured at the Oakland Aviation Museum!
It was such a pleasure to work with such a talented team of creatives!

It was such a treat to go to Healdsburg for a day and have some fun with Wen and Rodd. They definitely brought their personalities and it made for a great session. We even did a little wine tasting in between shots 😛

We absolutely look forward to their wedding in Maui later this year!

Congrats to the newly engaged couple!
Ahhh winter and winter dress. All warm and snuggly. Check out our collaboration with Seedstore for their Winter 2011 lookbook.
