We had a great time with these girls, who were visiting San Francisco from Florida for their spring break with their parents!
Nothing like a romp in Golden Gate and then ice cream to top things off 🙂

wedding | tracy + john
Sometimes it’s the most intimate details that matter and we’re not talking about accoutrements and decor.
Tracy and John originally had plans for a Californian wedding in the states but the Hawaiian oasis of romance and tranquility won them over. The fact of having their closest friends and family all coming to Hawaii to celebrate with them was all that really mattered ❤

wedding | annie + dan
It was as if the rain clouds foresaw the sprinkling of tears that would prevail for most of Annie and Dan’s special day at Auberge du Soleil. Everyone seemed to be tearing up that morning and it was clear that Annie was still her daddy’s little girl. We, of course, could not hold back tears behind the camera as well.

engagement | joyce + richard
It was Joyce and Richard’s very first time in San Francisco and we were ecstatic to show them around town!

Congratulations to the sweet couple!

engagement | janelle + ash
For Janelle and Ash’s session, they chose locations that were relevant to their relationship, which included places like their first date at Smitten Ice Cream, and a few other date spots where they shared many good times. Ash is an avid sailor so we incorporated photos by the docks and water as well. This session almost seemed like it went by too quick because we were all having so much fun! Both Janelle and Ash have such a wonderful energy about them and it was a complete pleasure to have met them! We are super excited for them and wish them nothing but the best!
wooden you know it
We got these babies in recently as replacements for our wedding image disks just to make things easier for our clients to enjoy!
engagement | brianna + tommy
engagement | lindsay + rob
Lindsay and Rob showed up to their session with smiles all around and right away we knew it would be a great session. They had no idea what they were in store for but they were up for anything!
We started with city views and then ended at the Sutro Bath Ruins for some intimate photos of them being them. And, them, being COMPLETELY in love 🙂
wedding | kyle + niall
Niall had always known that whomever married Kyle would be the luckiest man in the world.  They were great friends through high school, kept in touch when we went to college, and started dating since 2006.
In the spring of 2010, Niall ended up at Sutro Heights Park,  situated near Cliff House. The entire western stretch of beaches in San Francisco is visible from this park. There were some incredible artists down on the beach constructing sand murals and this had a lasting impression on Niall.  Shortly afterwards, Niall knew how he would propose to Kyle.
He found a way to contact one of the artists that he had seen making the beach sand murals. His name was Andres Amador.  Niall explained his ideas to him of how they could work together, Andres taught Niall about how he creates beach sand murals, and after a few hours of discussion we put everything in motion.  After reviewing the tide chart with Andres, Niall nailed down the date he would go on bended knee.
Niall would forever be the luckiest man in the world!

baby | mason + sierra
Welcome to the world, little guy ❤
Sierra was the sweetest. She would come over to lick little Mason’s toes whenever she heard him crying.

We can’t believe how fast time has gone by since we were in Maui to shoot Wen and Rodd’s beautiful wedding. And now their family has grown plus two. It was a joy to finally meet little Mason and the most nurturing labradoodle ever!

wedding | cam + patrick
Cam and Patrick’s beautiful Santa Barbara wedding at the Historical Museum certainly evoked some romance of early Spanish California. Right when you walk onto the premises of the venue, you’re welcomed by the native and exotic landscape of vibrant green succulents. The rustic wooden beams supporting the stuccoed walls and bright terra cotta tiled roofs definitely look like they have held their weight since 1932, which was when the historical museum had its beginnings. With plenty of alfresco gathering space in the courtyards, this venue exudes a sense of relaxation and fostering connection to nature and the surrounding history. It’s no wonder why the lovely couple chose the charming place to complement their intimate and laid back wedding.
Cam and Patrick were glowing with excitement the entire day and we couldn’t be more happy for them!
